Please read our terms carefully before placing an order. By confirming your purchase with Velloura, you agree to the following conditions:

Advance Payment: A 30–50% advance payment is required to confirm and initiate your order. Production will begin only after the advance has been successfully received.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been completed.
Order Cancellation & Modifications: Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or significantly modified. We recommend reviewing all details carefully before confirmation.
Production & Quality: Every order undergoes strict quality checks prior to dispatch. While we strive for perfection, minor variations inherent to handcrafted or batch-produced goods may occur.
Shipping & Responsibility: Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and shipping method. Velloura is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.
Damages & Claims: Any issues related to damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographic evidence for resolution.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mutual discussion and understanding.
